Red Ironbark is an Australian wood that cuts nicely and takes a naturally high polish because of its density and the presence of oils. Fine, interlocked grain also contributes to the nice finish. This wood was freshly cut in October 2021 and is air dried. Boards up to 1" thick are dry and ready to use. Boards over 1" thick may have residual moisture. Woodworkers will enjoy the stunning finish and rich color of this exotic hardwood.
